David “DH” Hamilton has spent 40 years participating in and leading ground and flight tests; Air Defense, defense and intelligence community Red Teaming, and leading the development and production of some of the nation's most complex and classified programs. As a member of the Senior Executive Service, he was the Director of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities office that reported to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force for day-to-day tasking.
During his government career he was a test engineer of rocket propulsion systems, he designed models to represent the aerodynamic-reaction control system interactions for the Space Shuttle on reentry, he flew as a flight test engineer and tested electronic warfare office for the flight tests of the B-1B, was a flight test engineer on Tacit Blue, the F-117, B-2 and a variety of other low observable aircraft systems. He also provided oversight of the development of post 9/11 air defense systems deployed in the National Capital Region and the development of the X-37 Orbital Test Vehicle. Dave received a Bachelor's of Science degree from Saint Louis University, and a Master's of Business Administration from National University, he is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School and a Distinguished Graduate of Air Force Electronic Warfare Officer Training.
Dave has led and experienced a broad range of development and fielding activities from a government position as a program manager and Program Executive Officer.
